Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using MindfulExpenses (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Service is owned and operated by LazyCode LLC. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Service strictly for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Responsibility and Data Loss

Local Storage Warning: You acknowledge that the Service stores data locally in your browser. Clearing your browser cache or uninstalling the extension will result in the permanent loss of your data.

Backups: We are not responsible for data loss. It is your sole responsibility to export your data (via the Premium feature) or maintain your own records.

4. Payments, Scope of Purchase, and Refunds

Premium Features: Access to CSV export requires a one-time payment.

Scope of Purchase: The one-time payment grants access to the CSV export feature as it exists at the time of purchase for the current version of the Service. It does not include a warranty of perpetual support, future feature updates, or maintenance for subsequent versions of the extension or browser updates.

Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion or in accordance with the policies of the platform where you purchased the Service (e.g., Chrome Web Store).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL SUCCESSFULLY PARSE EVERY BANK EMAIL OR THAT IT IS ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAZYCODE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SERVICE.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
